Owner's Representation Services
The owner's representatives are a vital part of the owner's team of professionals. As an owner's representative, C'ODA Design Builders will represent the best interests of the owner in the planning, design, and construction process. At the onset of the project we'll work closely with the owner and design team, carefully review and analyze the project which will allow us to strike a balance between the owner's expectations and what can be realistically achieved with respect to quality, budget and schedule.

We drive the construction process by providing leadership and oversight of the architects, consultants, construction managers, and contractors.   
C'ODA will:
  • Pro-act the project thus freeing up the owner for other projects.
  • Liaise between the owner and all the other parties to enable the teams to focus on their work, and not project politics.
  • Prioritize the project issues ensuring the owner's best interest will prevail.
  • Recognize and resolve conflicts assuring forward progress is made on the project.
  • Create cost-effective solutions to problems and offer alternatives that may seem insurmountable.
